Dude, I know a book called "Perspective made Easy" by Ernest R. Norling, As the title suggests it explains how to draw scenarios in a simple way, I highly recommend it. You can find the pdf for free on the Internet Archive.

The colors are very similar, and the general idea is here. But the line work is a little shaky, there's a lack of confidence in your lines. Not to mention that cell animations had that slight graininess that is difficult to replicate nowadays.
But it's still a good drawing anyway, good job bro.
